Quite a bit of time can pass between your first DM with me on Instagram and making your selects. So if you have zero clues about what your package even includes, and what stunning print products you can get (or even what a print credit is), I can help!
After all, that recommendation on Facebook or your Google search for “best family photographers in Westchester” was eons ago. You fell in love with my portfolio, reached out and booked. A date and location were chosen, expert styling advice received and your the family session was fun. All that careful planning got you a swoon-worthy gallery. Now what? Here’s everything you need to know:
Print products cheat sheet
Print credit – The dollar amount your package includes to put toward your print order. I allow you to use it toward digital upgrades too! Check out your booking page for the credit value if you’ve forgotten. Or just ask!
Sending select(s) – It’s easy to place orders for prints right from your gallery. Likewise, I’m happy to manually process print orders, so you get exactly what you want with your print credit applied. Simply send me an email with the image numbers for your selects, along with print sizes.
Gift prints – 5×7” and smaller, archival lustre prints to display in your home or office, and gift to family and friends.
Art prints – 8×10” and larger, mounted archival lustre prints, meant to be framed, lean on an easel, or live a display box.
Cards – Holiday cards, birth announcements are common asks. My favorite premium vendor with luxe papers and artisan designs is Minted. For marketing materials, I use my lab WHCC.
Albums – Custom-designed, lay flat coffee table books, in luxe cover options like linen and vegan suede, printed on museum-grade matte or archival lustre.
Wall art – Canvas gallery wraps, vibrant modern metal prints and timeless matted framed prints to dress up your walls.
Gallery wall – Showcase a collection of wall art, designed around your stunning images, to transform your home into an art museum.
How to decide
Maybe the idea of creating your own gallery wall is daunting. Or, you need help envisioning to know how large a frame to hang above your couch. I offer gallery wall design services for free! Really! I take my clients’ wall dimensions and even paint color into account, advise them on frame styles and present a few collections to visually choose from, on request.
